Information you choose to provide
Our inquiry form may ask for your name, work email, company, destination country, selected models, estimated quantities, version preferences and project details. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, bank information, government identification numbers, confidential technical files or other sensitive personal information through the form.
How the inquiry form works
When you select Submit inquiry, your contact details, destination, product selections and project message are sent to NAVORIQ and stored in our website inquiry database. A receipt reference appears only after the server confirms storage. Our team uses this information to review and respond to your business request. Website storage is provided through Cloudflare and our hosting platform; Resend processes notification emails sent to our business inbox. A notification being accepted for sending does not guarantee mailbox delivery. We do not use an inquiry submission as consent for unrelated marketing.
You can instead prepare an email, open WhatsApp or copy the inquiry. Those options create a draft in your browser; you must send it in your selected email application or WhatsApp. Contact fields stay on this page if online submission fails and are not saved in the product shortlist.
A short-lived, necessary form-session cookie helps protect submission from other websites. Submission identifiers prevent duplicate records when a connection is interrupted. We also retain submission time and a daily hash of the network address for basic abuse prevention; the raw network address is not stored in the inquiry record.
Product shortlist storage
Product references, estimated quantities and version preferences are stored locally in your browser so you can build a shortlist. Contact details are not saved in this shortlist. Remove individual selections on the inquiry page or clear this site’s browser storage to remove the saved shortlist. If browser storage is unavailable, selections may last only for the current page session.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to product questions, prepare relevant catalog or quotation discussions, understand your target market and communicate about a potential B2B relationship. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers and international transfer
If you choose WhatsApp or email, your message is handled by the provider you selected and may be processed in countries outside your own. Their privacy terms also apply. Only use a channel you are comfortable with.
Website security
The website uses HTTPS, browser security restrictions, limited form fields and input-length controls. It does not provide buyer accounts, online payment or document-upload functions. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please send commercially sensitive files only after confirming the recipient and an appropriate channel.
Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand visits, pages viewed, adding products to a shortlist, catalogue download clicks, copying an inquiry, clicks to open WhatsApp or email and server-confirmed online inquiry submissions. A contact click does not mean an inquiry has been sent or received. We do not attach your form entries, contact details or message text to analytics events. Page addresses sent by our measurement code include only the page path and validated marketing campaign parameters; arbitrary query fields and fragments are excluded. Marketing links must use campaign labels, never customer names or contact details.
After consent, Google receives page information, the referring website, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers for measuring visits and interactions. Google processes this data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Read how Google uses information from websites that use its services. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled on this website.
Optional advertising measurement
Google Ads measurement is a separate choice from analytics. Only after you choose “Accept ad measurement” do we configure Google Ads to associate WhatsApp contact clicks with advertising interactions. Google may process page and device information, advertising click identifiers and advertising cookies. We send a click event with no monetary value; it is not a confirmed inquiry or sale. We do not attach inquiry text, contact details or WhatsApp destination URLs to this event. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversion data from your form are not enabled.
You may reject or withdraw ad measurement independently in Cookie preferences. We stop sending new contact-click conversion events, update Google consent settings and remove this site’s advertising measurement cookies. This does not delete information already received by Google.
Cookie choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics with equal access to the website. No Google measurement script is loaded until you accept analytics or ad measurement. Each service is configured only after its own acceptance; accepting analytics does not accept advertising measurement. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatically extending their lifetime.

Retention and your choices
Stored inquiry records and business correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, maintain commercial records and follow up on a requested discussion. You may ask us to correct or delete information in our direct correspondence, subject to any legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
